Tokyo...Just the Beginning More to Come

On the first night in Tokyo Layli took me to an event put on by Baha'is. It was a social and I was able to meet some wonderful women. May, the beautiful woman to the far left, and I connected easily. Layli is between May and I and she is one of my closest friends since high school. The woman on my right is from Korea and I cannot remember her name. She will be starting Ruhi Book 1 soon. She became interested as a result of hearing my Baha'i friends and I talking about it. Pretty cool...YEAH!!!

Salsa dancing allows me to meet some pretty cool people. I met Tomo at a salsa club in a a part of Tokyo called Roppongi. I saw her a few days later here in Seoul at the Salsa Congress.

Roppongi, where my salsa heaven was found in Tokyo on the Hibiya Line!!!

The same night I met Tomo, I actually saw her earlier at another club where this amazing man was teaching ON2 salsa. I never did catch his name but he was very kind and unpretentious which is hard to find in the Salsa community. Oh yeah! His father is Japanese and his mother Peruvian if I remember correctly.

Adalia, I just love your blog which I have re-posted from previously.

The standard I am trying to adhere to now is to ask permission before I do. May I have permission to re-post the top picture with commentary?
