Easy Decision

"Hey, mama. Can I use the car to drive to D.C. ?"
"What for?"
"For two reasons...the Salsa Congress and one of my friends wants me to visit her."
"No."
That is how the decision was made that I am not going to the D.C. Salsa Congress.
